Single-Acting Piston Seal
The P002 Series Single-Acting Piston Seal is a low-friction design, consisting of a PTFE filled seal and an O-ring energizer. It is designed for single-acting cylinders in challenging applications, where low friction and high wear resistance are needed.

Double acting rod seal
The R002 Series rod seal is a low-friction design, consisting of a filled PTFE sealing element and an O-ring energizer. The seal will function regardless of direction of pressure. The design is optimized to ensure maximum sealing performance at both low and high pressures. This device is available in many PTFE-filled compounds including materials suitable for high speeds and pressures. Manufactured in a variety of materials and sizes from 6 mm up to 1600 mm in standard or custom diameters.

PTFE Bronze Wear Ring
The PTFE bronze wear ring is precision-machined to guide a rod or piston to avoid metal-on-metal contact in dry and lubricated applications. A gap is intentionally added to the wear ring to allow fluid flow to and from the seal gland and prevent pressure trap or hydrolock between the seal and wear ring. In the case where the cut ends of the ring touch due to the high thermal expansion of PTFE, an optional radius groove is added on both ends to continue to allow fluid flow.
Heavy-Duty, Double-Acting Wiper PT1
The W002 Series Heavy-Duty, Double-Acting wiper is one of the most popular mill-duty wipers in the steel industry. It includes a reinforced PTFE-filled scraper ring and two energizing O-rings. The design incorporates a wiping lip to prevent contamination from entering the cylinder and an inner sealing lip to remove any oil film from the rod as it cycles. The O-rings individually energize the two wiper lips. In most applications, a pressure relief port between the wiper and the rod seal is recommended.
